About the club

Who we are, how the club started, and what we are trying to do here.

What we are trying to do

Gymnastics is the start of almost every other sport: balance, strength, flexibility and the nerve to try something new. We coach all of it, at each child’s own pace.

Recreational or competitive, every athlete gets a coach who knows their name, a next skill to work on, and a gym where trying and falling is part of learning.

Confidence

Doing something this month they could not do last month — and knowing it.

Safe progressions

Every skill is built from the one before it, with the right mats and a coach alongside.

A love of moving

Fitness that feels like play, and friends to do it with.
