New to the gym?

Everyone started somewhere. Here is what a first class looks like, what to wear, and how to tell if your child is ready — and how to book a free trial to find out.

What to expect in a first class

Warm-up together

Ten minutes of running, stretching and games — the whole class, every level

Stations

Small groups rotate through floor, bars, beam and vault with a coach at each

A skill to take home

Every athlete leaves with one thing they could not do when they walked in

Parents watch from the viewing area

Through the glass, not on the floor — it keeps the class focused

Good to know

The questions every new family asks.

What age can they start?

Parent-and-tot from walking age; independent classes from about three; adult classes any age.

What do they wear?

Fitted comfortable clothes, bare feet, long hair tied back. No jewellery, no zips.

Can we try before we commit?

Yes — book a free trial class. If it is not a fit, you owe nothing.

How do we move up?

Coaches assess every term and talk to you before anyone changes level.
